Six women at the secluded writers' colony on an island off the coast of Seattle are cut off from the outside worlds when a devastating earthquake hits the mainland. With no way off the island, the women must rely on each other for survival. When two strangers arrive, and one of the women is found dead, Sarah Lansing fears they are in the company of a murderer.
