The making of national security policy

This volume compiles edited versions of presentations delivered in January-February 2011 at the fourth annual Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) international conference. The conference series, "Security challenges of the 21st century," brings together political leaders, academics, and practitioners to probe the most critical and challenging issues on Israel's national security agenda and to search for the policies that best advance Israel's national security interests. The focus of this year's conference was "The making of national security policy."
