The Law of Extradition and Mutual Assistance is the leading work in this area, providing a comprehensive and authoritative treatment of the laws covering the extradition arrangements between the UK and other states, as well as international mutual assistance. Since the second edition was published in there has been a considerable quantity of new case law including a number of important House of Lords decisions and decisions of theEuropean Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
