Men of courage, women of strength

Family history traced back to middle ages Europe through the stories of members of the various branches of the family, including the Whites, who arrived on the Mayflower; the AuCoins, who were among the Acadians thrown out of Canada; Charles Prince, a tinsmith in Charleston who manufactured slave badges in the early 1800s; and Laura Wright Eagar, one of early Mississippi's most revered educators.
