Farewell night of the great comedian Mr. Joseph Jefferson who will, at the earnest solicitation of many numbers of the patrons of the theater, appear as Newman Noggs and also in his great vocal and equestrian characteer of Mazeppa! ... On Saturday, January 26, 1861 the performances will commence with the drama of "Newman Noggs" (adapted from Charles Dickens' celebrated novel of Nicholas Nickleby) ... To conclude with an operatic, melo-dramatical and Terpsichorean extravagantic burlesque, entitled "Mazeppa, or, The Fiery, Untamed Rocking Horse" ...
