The Island Of Excess Love

Pen has lost her parents. She's lost her eye. But she has fought Kronen; she has won back her fragile friends and her beloved brother. Now Pen, Hex, Ash, Ez, and Venice are living in the pin house by the sea, getting on by hard work, companionship, and dreams. Until the day a foreboding ship appears in the harbor across from their home and they all experience strange visions of destruction and violence. Entranced, they head for the ship, and their new battles begin - battles that will test even their love for one another. Pen thought she had been through trials before. But she's never experienced this kind of temptation. As she embarks, guided by Virgil's *Aeneid*, she wonders where her journey will lead her and, in order to be reunited with her loved ones, how much more destruction she must face.
