Intrabodies

Antibodies have long been used in the biomedical sciences as in vitro tools for the identification, purification and functional manipulation of target antigens. They are also being exploited in vivo for diagnostic and therapeutic applications and play an important role in cancer and AIDS research. This book summarizes preclinical studies from laboratories worldwide that have used intrabodies.
