Kris Martin

During the past twenty years Kris Martins artworks where shown all over the world. S.M.A.K. Ghent is finally giving the Belgian public the opportunity to get to know his eloquent oeuvre in more detail. The artist creates expressive images, mainly objects, that confront the audience with questions about death, transience and identity. Literature and myths are his main source of inspiration.
