Amazing book that changed my view of life. Where my inner "work" based of Eckhart Tolle`s teachings found the limitations, the work based on Michael`s approach have started. If you follow all instructions, be prepared for very difficult period of emotional cleaning that will end up with great relief. However, the inner work never ends and I find myself not to be able to live without this book. It is absolutely the best self-help book I ever read.
