On a spring morning most of the world's population died, causing a mess of crashed cars, smoldering televisions, and falling aircraft. In the chaotic aftermath a group of survivors search for a purpose in Belfast. Sean Magee and Barry Rogan find solace in a hotel bar. Mairead Burns and Roy Beggs form an uneasy alliance to rebuild community life. The mysterious Preacher Man lures survivors out of the shadows with a promise of redemption.
