Hiding in Plain Sight

Allison Staley is a small-town police chief with a big city problem. A killer is terrorizing the tiny town of Clinton and is leaving virtually no evidence behind. When FBI Special Agent Solomon Perez is called in to assist, he brings with him the arrogant belief that he will close the case quickly. However, he soon learns that Staley is no Podunk cop and that the unsub is one of the most crafty he has ever pursued. Together, they unravel three decades of lies, cheating, and jealousy that lead to three bodies, one person being severely wounded, and fear among the people of Clinton as they wait to see who will be next. With the help of Staley's father (the former police chief), and a ne'er do well police officer, they weave through the evidence until the perpetrator becomes apparent. But, will it be too late?
