A Day in the Country

A Day in the Country is a Sesame Street storybook that teaches the alphabet. In it, the gang takes a day trip to the country and, page by page, discovers various things beginning with different letters, right in alphabetical order. When they get home, they visit Big Bird, who had to stay home thanks to a cold, and present him with some souvenirs for every letter, which they had collected on a trip.
