Plotter subroutine (COMBI) for meteorological flight path and four parameters

A computer subroutine COMBI is described that provides, together with the subroutine CRTPLT, a plot of a meteorological flight path with wind vectors and time notations surrounded by a graphical presentation of four meteorological parameters measured along the flight path.
