Scenarios toolkit

Devised for practitioners involved in the planning and development of education and training policies, new measures and strategies, this "toolkit" promotes the use of the scenario method for those who need to assess different alternatives in the medium and longer term and have to involve a range of different actors and conflicting issues. It is a by-product of a joint Cedefop/European Training Foundation project which developed scenarios and strategies in 10 European countries (west and east) and on a comparative European level. It makes available the thinking and experience of the participating researchers and practitioners during the implementation of this research and development project.
