Insights into urban sociology of neighborhoods located near city centers or historic downtown areas. Participants analyze and discuss concept of urban centrality, public policy repercussions, real-estate markets, and conflicts that arise from unequal appropriation of central areas, among other issues. Book is product of 2013 research project on several centrally-located Mexico City neighborhoods.
