Managing Diversity

A collection of invited essays about how diversity is managed internationally, particularly in Australasia, Asia and on the Asia Pacific Rim. The aspects of diversity considered here (race, gender, disability and age) are generally considered immutable. The constitutional, cultural and legislative issues are also discussed.
