Dedicated midwife - devoted mother Midwife Alice Muir has returned to her tiny Scottish island home of Soalay to forget her dreams of having a family. Immediately she is thrown to discover that her new colleague is her childhood sweetheart, Dr. Ben Cavendish. For single dad Ben the attraction is undeniable--but his adorable little girl comes first.
