Tezcatlipoca

After war with a rival cartel, a drug lord meets a Japanese organ broker, and soon the two travel to Japan for a new business in the organ trade, but while there he takes a young, lonely boy under his wing, and the three lives gradually become entangled in a web of crime and violence.
