The Navy in Action presents the history of the United States Navy and provides an overview of career opportunities in this branch of the military. The book explores structure and size, careers and pay, the Naval Academy at Anapolis, boot camp, life in the military, as well as how to join the U.S. Navy. One chapter focuses on women and minorities in the military.
