A letter to the Right Honourable James, Earl of Kildare, on the present posture of affairs

Addresses the constitutional questions raised by the money-bill of 1754. A major issue being -- does the King of Great Britain or the Irish Parliament have the right to decide how the Irish revenues in the British treasury are used? Ireland would like to discharge their national debts with these funds.
