Nathan Söderblom

Nathan Söderblom (1866–1931) was Archbishop of Uppsala in the Church of Sweden and a pioneering force behind the modern ecumenical movement. A vocal advocate for peace and justice during and after World War I, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1930.
