Learning the rules

Ten-year-old Alec misses his mother when she decides to leave the family behind in Georgia while she goes to Los Angeles to work on a television show, is bullied when his older cousin moves in with his family, and gets picked on at school, but his troubles are eased when he decides to turn them over to God.
