Broken

A woman wakes up one night terrified to find a strange man in her bedroom. The woman is an author, and the man is one of her prospective characters. Alvar Eide is a forty-two year old single man whose life begins to change when a young heroin addict walks into the art gallery where he works. So desperate is he to have this story told, that he has resorted to breaking into the author's house to make her tell it.
