Covering the orthotic management of children: fundamental principles, including biomechanics, clinical assessment methods, and materials. There are condition-specific chapters e.g. neuromuscular conditions such as cerebral palsy, myelomeningocoele and muscular dystrophy; and also congenital deformities and conditions arising in childhood.
