Ponctuer l'oeuvre médiévale

The collected articles in this volume examine the question of medieval punctuation, analyzing works of poetry and prose in Latin and various vernacular languages. In particular, linguists, philologists, historians, and musicologists consider the challenges of contemporary editing and publishing in regards to punctuating medieval texts, and the potential betrayal of the original authors{u2019} intent and understanding of their own texts. --
