About this book
Alick Jackomos was born in Collingwood to Greek parents, he was in the second world war, he became a travelling tent wrestler with Jimmy Sharman, as he came to know the Aborigines he took on the role of friendship, mentor and Aboriginal activist. He was a very remarkable man.
