White paper on the report of the Commission of Inquiry into the International Transfer of Players and Related Matters

In response to public outcry against the unprofessional and exploitative manner in which the transfers of Ghanaians football players to overseas clubs was being conducted, the President appointed a Commission to inquire into such transfers with a view to cleaning up the player transfer market. This paper addresses the situation.
