Denezhnye obi︠a︡zatelʹstva

Lectures presented by the author to students at the Institute of Current Education, Law Department, Moscow State University, in spring 2000. Using supplementary materials, the author discusses the concept and various types of monetary obligations and claims to be honored, along with the technical aspects of calculating the amounts of such obligations.
