Written by the son of the founder of Neo-Tech, Wallace Ward Jr, this book defines Neo-Tech as, "super rapidly advancing new (NEO) technologies (TECH)." His premise is man is evolving from his present state of bicameral mentality, in which he searches for and depends upon a leader, to a new god-man state, in which he no longer needs an external authority figure to direct his actions. Part One presents these ideas in a series of twelve visions. Part Two describes the future awaiting mankind in a series of three insights.
