Shadows

Maggie Berke, grandest of the Hollywood grand dames, retired from acting to support her son, a talented child film star. But cruel fate, in the form of pneumonia, soon ended his career. Blaming herself for his demise, Maggie remains in her Hollywood mansion with her step-daughter. But there are dark shadows in her life, and a growing sense of fear that leads her to invite her niece, Mari, to visit her. Mari soon begins to suspect that the old woman is terrified of something ... and to share her fear.
