"Midas Joint Venture (MJV) purposes to conduct mineral exploration activities in northeastern Nevada from 1996 to 1997 under the Midas Project Plan of Operations (POO) submitted in February, 1996 and revised in May, 1997. Exploration activities would consist of road construction and exploration drilling and sampling.
