Abstract: This pamphlet is designed to assist consumers in incorporating dietary guidelines for lowering cancer risk, recommended by the American Institute for Cancer Research, into their diets. Advice regarding use of new foods and traditional favorites in ways that may reduce the chances of developing cancer is offered. Seven different menus providing 3 daily meals and snacks are included, with additional information.
