Ashley Freeman is a bright, beautiful young woman whose parents adore her. Unfortunately, Michael O'Connell, with whom she spends one liquor-fueled evening, also adores her, to the point where he won't take no for an answer. He goes way beyond obsession into a realm of rage and unrelenting dependence. Ashley and her family try and fail with every reasonable method to extricate her. Finally they are forced to come up with a plan that will destroy not only the threat to their daughter, but the predator himself. They must somehow out-stalk the stalker.
