A Man I Used to Know

Some things don't change: Dr. Lila Marsden in on duty when Tom Bennet is brought into Emergency. She recognizes him at once -- as a national rodeo champion and the man she used to love. He's still living the dangerous life of the rodeo cowboy. Some things do: Tom's a single father now, and his children need a place to stay while he recuperates. Against her better judgment -- her recently widowed father won't appreciate the intrusion -- Lila takes them in. The kids are thrilled to be in a '"real" home. And they seem to be helping Lila's dad get over his sadness. Some things should: Despite the fact that Lila and Tom still have feelings for each other, he's determined to rejoin the rodeo -- although the rodeo was what drove them apart. But Lila's equally determined not to let the same old argument keep them apart.
