Regionalism in the North

Five papers from the Calotte Academy held in Inari, Finland, May 21-22 1992, dealing with regional interests in the circumpolar North as they affect oil in Alaska, the use of the Barents Sea, the integration of the northern peripheral areas into a united Europe, environmental protection and Arctic peoples, and the Kola Peninsula in Russian military strategy, Europe.
