Federalism and the health system in Nepal

After monarchy and revolution Nepal tries to move towards a federal republic. This booklet deals with the fundamental constitutional right to health and the responsibilities of the state, the citizen and the market. It draws lessons from health systems in eleven federal countries worldwide and gives some recommendations for addressing the right to health.
