Euro-barometer 7
About this book
This study is part of an ongoing program of public opinion research sponsored by the European Community. Respondents for Euro-Barometer 7 were interviewed in April 1977. The study contains 9,056 respondents and 123 variables, including a number of questions on the role of science in modern life and on political priorities in public support for science. It also continues the series of items on feelings toward European integration that had been asked in earlier Euro-Barometers. The questions on the European Parliament were expanded to include reactions to the elections proposed for June 1978, expectations concerning the campaign and the future role of the European Parliament, and projected voting preference in the election.
