George Augustus Frederick, Prince of Wales, is a young man with a mission. Kept unemployed and close to home by eccentric George III, he decides that if he cannot do what he wants, he will at least enjoy doing what he can... So begins a round of passionate flirtations, lavish parties and grandiose building plans. They will lead Prince George into one disastrous marriage and console him for another.
