Proshchaĭ Brindavoine

In pre-WWI, Lucien Brindavoine is a young man who enjoys family fortune bequeathed to him by his father. Boredom has him following the mysterious Basil Zarkhov into a great adventure in Istanbul. Once there, he meets the phlegmatic and alcoholic Oswald Carpleasure and together they go to the desert, not knowing what to expect.
