New states and functional international organizations

This dataset contains information collected from the ''International Labor Conference Questionnaire A'' mail survey of delegates attending three international organization assemblies. There are 38 variables for 28 respondents from The International Telecommunication Union, Plenipotentiary Conference held September 1965, 52 questions for 25 respondents from the World Health Assembly held May 1966, and 68 questions for 118 respondents from the International Labor Conference held June 1965. All three studies deal with perceptions, views, and roles of delegates.
