Lonely Cloud

Lonely Cloud is a Chinese-English collection of modern Chinese poems, with a selection of 51 poems by 21 modern Chinese poets. Most of these poems are introduced to the Western world in English for the first time, serving as a complement to those more frequently-translated ones. This collection aims at unfolding an all-round charms of the modern Chinese poems and the spirit of the modern Chinese poets, with the English rendition given by Juliet M. and Brent Yan. It is a part of the “Polyvocal Poetry Series” under the “Orient-Occident Lit Collection”, edited by Brent Yan.
