In the crowded Kennedy Airport in New York a man and a woman collide. A trivial dispute ensues and in gathering their dropped belonging, Madeline and Jonathan take away the wrong mobile phones. When they discover their mistake, they are separated by continents: she is a florist in Paris, he runs a restaurant in San Francisco.
