To the honourable the House of Commons a humble proposal, shewing how all the false and counterfeit coins, now in this kingdom, and for ever hereafter, may be totally rooted out, by His Majesty and Parliament passing an act and therein granting to His Majesty five per cent. for all currant [sic] moneys now in the kingdom, and the same for what shall hereafter be coined for ever, or for such a term of years to come, as the Parliament shall in their great wisdom think meet
