Understanding the School-To-Work Transition

This book attempts to synthesize contemporary research on school-to-work transition from a number of different disciplines in the social sciences, including economics, industrial relations, sociology and education. It does this in a way which should be comprehensible to education and training practitioners, applied economists and sociologists, advanced undergraduate and postgraduate students in the aforementioned disciplines and civil servants concerned with education, training and employment issues.
