Murder on the Missouri
Murder on the Missouri
About this book
If you've ever lived in a small town, you know these people. They're scary familiar. I recognized about half of them from personal experience. The book is a great mystery yarn about an old murder being discovered. The plot is revealed in layers, and there's a subplot about a kid who is becoming an adult and starting to make friends with the other adults in town. His mother's boyfriend is a creepy dude you just love to hate, but it's clear from the beginning that he had nothing to do with the murder. He's just a great character. Can't wait for the sequel.
