The Farrington fortune

Whilst heading to London to visit her wealthy Godmother, Patricia is involved in a carriage accident that throws her into the path of Mr. Darvill, a very eligible 'parti'. After overhearing a derogatory comment about her opportune invasion of his privacy, Patricia wilfully declares herself to be a much sought after heiress who is seeking to escape from her many would-be suitors, little realising the consequences of her piqued response.
