While on vacation in Virginia, Ike Schwartz is approached by an old friend from his CIA days to look into the disappearance of a young pilot over Chesakpeake Bay. Meanwhile, back in Picketsville, Rev. Fisher and Frank Sutherlin try to sort out the mystery of missing communion silver and a potential occult group operating in the local high school.
