Real estate agent and historical property rehabber Jocelyn Reid loves history, architecture, and her beloved hometown of St. Augustine, FL. Her ancestors have resided in the city for over three hundred years, and it's been her dream to procure the home that her great-grandfather once lived in on Matanzas Bay in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. However, someone else has their eye on the historical property; someone Jocelyn simply can't stand. Property rehabber and real estate agent Simon St. Clair is beloved on air and in his adopted hometown of St. Augustine for turning tired homes into heartwarming and affordable residences for families. However, it's always been his big dream to go from flipping properties to rehabbing historical homes, and he has his eye on the rambling, ramshackle Reid Mansion on Matanzas Bay. The only thing standing in his way? Jocelyn Reid. When Simon wins the historical property in a real estate auction, Jocelyn finally can't hold back her contempt for the admittedly handsome real estate agent any longer.
