"Esta publicación pretende ofrecer una descripción de las pinturas de Goya que conserva el Museo de la Academia y situarlas en el marco de la larga relación entre el artista y la Corporación académica. En el transcurso de las últimas décadas se han realizado exposiciones de gran rigor científico y repercusión mediática y se ha producido un gran avance en las investigaciones sobre la vida y la obra de Goya"-- This publication aims to provide a description of the Goya paintings that are preserved by the Museo de la Academia and placed within the framework of the long relationship between the artist and the Corporación académica. In the course of the last decades there have been exhibitions of great scientific rigor and media repercussion and there has been a great advance in the investigations on the life and the work of Goya.
