In contrast, this paper studies the restaurant industry in Chinatown as a subject separated from other industries, emphasizing its uniqueness. It strives to explore the questions: How did Chinatown’s restaurant industry evolve through history? How did the interventions from stakeholders influence the restaurants? The study aims to find a way to help Chinatown’s restaurants survive against future difficulties.
